Welcome to Sterling Studios. By purchasing any service from Sterling Studios ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Sterling Studios provides creative and marketing-related services, including but not limited to:

  • YouTube Thumbnail Design

  • Video Editing

  • YouTube Growth Consulting

  • Content Strategy

  • Brand Development

  • Other digital content creation services

All services are delivered digitally.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information.

  • Deliver all necessary files, footage, assets, and instructions in a timely manner.

  • Respond to revision requests and communications within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws and copyright regulations.

The client remains fully responsible for the legality and ownership of any materials submitted to Sterling Studios.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Projects may not begin until payment has been received.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Suspension of work

  • Delayed delivery

  • Termination of the project

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • No work has been started.

  • Sterling Studios is unable to deliver the agreed service.

Refund requests made after work has begun are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Revisions

Unless otherwise specified in the service package:

  • Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions.

  • Revision requests must remain within the original project scope.

Requests that significantly change the original brief may be treated as a new project and may incur additional fees.

6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for planning purposes only.

While Sterling Studios strives to meet all deadlines, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Client delays

  • Technical issues

  • Unexpected circumstances

  • Project complexity

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The client receives ownership rights to the final delivered work.

  • Sterling Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, social media, case studies, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Portfolio Rights

Sterling Studios may display completed projects for promotional purposes, including:

  • Website portfolio

  • Social media platforms

  • Sales materials

  • Client case studies

Clients may request confidentiality before project commencement.

9. Performance Disclaimer

Sterling Studios provides professional creative services but cannot guarantee specific results.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • YouTube views

  • Subscriber growth

  • Revenue increases

  • Click-through rate improvements

  • Algorithmic performance

Past results do not guarantee future performance.

The success of any content depends on numerous factors outside our control.

10. Client Content and Copyright

The client confirms that they own or have permission to use all materials provided to Sterling Studios.

This includes:

  • Video footage

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Music

  • Brand assets

  • Written content

The client agrees to indemnify Sterling Studios against any copyright claims arising from materials supplied by the client.

11. Communication

All official communication should occur through approved channels, including:

  • Email

  • Discord

  • Telegram

  • Other agreed communication platforms

Sterling Studios is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication from the client.

12. Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project at any time.

If cancellation occurs after work has begun:

  • Completed work remains billable.

  • Partial refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sterling Studios shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Platform policy changes

  • Algorithm updates

  • Account suspensions by third-party platforms

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

14. Confidentiality

Sterling Studios agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared by clients during the course of a project.

This obligation does not apply to information that:

  • Is publicly available.

  • Was already known to Sterling Studios.

  • Must be disclosed by law.

15. Modifications to These Terms

Sterling Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
